As we head into the busy Christmas period, we want to make sure you have all the key shipping and collection information that you will need.

Guaranteed Christmas Delivery
In order to receive your order before Christmas, please place it before 12pm on Thursday 18th December - this is the final cut-off for guaranteed delivery.
We will continue to dispatch orders until 23rd December and will upgrade all orders to Royal Mail's 24-hour service. However, due to seasonal delays, we cannot guarantee any delivery after the 18th.
Collection
Collections will be available until Tuesday 23rd December at 4pm and this is our last collection opportunity before New Year.
Between Christmas and New Year
There will be a final Royal Mail shipment on the 29th of December where we will aim to get orders ready for New Year, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee dispatch.
