We hope you love your order. If you need to return something, this page explains how returns and refunds work for purchases made on this website. This policy applies to UK customers only.

2. Returns policy

  • Returns are accepted provided the bottle is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • For hygiene, safety and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles unless the item is faulty.

3. How to request a return

  1. Email us at hello@salfordrum.com within 14 days of delivery with:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you’d like to return
    • Whether you are returning by post or in store
  2. We’ll reply with return instructions.
  3. If returning by post, please package the item securely (we recommend using the original packaging) and use a tracked service.

5. Returning by post

If you return an item by post, you are responsible for return postage costs (unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item). We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

6. Returning in store

You can return eligible items in store free of charge. Please bring your order confirmation (printed or on your phone). Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (or confirm it in store), we will process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Refund timeframe: usually within 5–10 working days after the return is received/accepted.
  • Where you cancel within your statutory 14-day period and your return meets the conditions above, you may be entitled to a refund including the basic delivery cost (the least expensive delivery method we offer), where applicable.

8. Items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) at hello@salfordrum.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate and cover reasonable return costs.

9. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
